The air conditioning didn’t work luckily the windows did open. The drawers and cabinets in the entire room would not stay closed. Gym smelt terrible and only half the floor things worked

Mildew was in the room. Bugs were crawling in the ceiling. We reported to Sara, the person at the desk. She told us, it’s that time of the year. Towel appeared to be in clean.we will never stay or recommend this hotel. This is the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in.

The only complaint I have is they do not have hand soap in the rooms. I think all rooms should have hand soap in them, as it helps to prevent germs from spreading, and using the bathroom that is a whole other story. I did go to the front desk and ask for some and they did give me a small bar. O yes and 1 bath towel for 2 people
