Noisy young men in room next to us had to call security few times. Didn’t help we were in an adjoining room so can hear them more. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room itself was nice.

Our shower door is not closing, we asked to fixed it, but not happened, we asked to change the towel when we were out, till we were back in the evening still not been changed, we have to called 2 twice and gave the answer is we had to be patient due to shortage of staff, this is not the busy season, maybe the managers should consider to improve the service

First impression was that the property was beautiful and the bathrooms in the lobby and first floor were fantastic. Staff was not friendly at all. Check in person wasn’t outright rude but didn’t make any eye contact or greet me which made me feel like I had done something wrong by trying to check in. Then we went to our room which is one of those rooms with 87292 light switches none of which does what you want. We got a very friendly text from the property saying text if you have questions! We texted a question - never got a reply A lot of the rooms overlook an astroturf inner courtyard and if you’re on the “ground” floor it feels like being a zoo exhibit so you have to keep the shades down the entire time which then gives large prison cell vibes. At the end of the night we pulled the sheets back to find a large stain of unknown (possibly fecal) origins. I called the desk to address this and they brought one thin blanket with no apology, again making me feel like I’m the bad guy. The bathroom has one of those sink/water pressure combos where you just have to accept that like cleaning a spoon, the waters coming right back all over you. I will say the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms are large. The golf simulator/bowling downstairs was very fun. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Bed sheets had some stains. Bathroom door is a slider so the whole room can hear anything that happens in the bathroom- why on earth do hotels choose faux doors on bathrooms? Does anyone actually like this? Its embarrassing and awkward.
