I am disabled. Though I requested an accessible room, that was not what I was about to get. The hotel manager accommodated me with a suitable room. The property was clean & inviting!

I was not impressed that the evening manager didn't bother to look up when I stood at the desk and greet me the way every hotel I've ever been to greets customers. He just said, "Name!" To which I responded, "Good evening, how are you?.." It is a small thing, but basic courtesy should be rule number one in the hospitality industry.

Great room but uncomfortable bed and pillows.
Great room and very clean. Cons were the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Heads up since there is a kitchen, there is no breakfast offered.

Everything was perfect, Steven checked us in and he was awesome, had answers to any questions we had. We even got to check in early. The room was perfect, it had a little kitchenette with pretty much any thing you needed. I love the room layout too

Pine Knob concert
Amazing place! Staff (Hope and Steven) were so kind and helpful. Room beautiful and comfy. Pool was the best! Location close for concerts at Pine Knob. Loved it here and will stay again in the future.

Steven was such a gracious host. He gave us pointers on places to eat. Transportation options to Pine Knob. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. will stay here again!!!

Very clean, comfortable and reasonable for being a suite. I was disappointed that the fee was so high for pets. $75 I wish that it was a deposit and refundable if no issues are found. For conscientious pet owners that high of fee is just a money maker for the facility.

In summer of 2024, felt like a brand new, very clean and well decorated hotel. The kitchen suite made it a great place to eat, do puzzles and build legos
