THE STAFF IS ALWAYS GREAT AND ACCOMODATING. I HAD MY FLIGHT CANCELLED AND THEY LET ME CHECK OUT AT 2:00PM AT NO EXTRA COST WHICH WAS A HUGE HELP FOR ME!

Check behind bathroom door when cleaning.
The stay was good. There were 2 big nail clippings in bathtoom behind the door, one of which poked my foot. Was pretty disgusted about that. Only 1 coffee cup, there were 2 of us. Maybe Styrofoam cups would help. A small dog did bark for most of the night. Other than those things, it was a good stay.

Overall the experience wasn’t horrible but the customers that live here the majority of the time don’t clean up after their dogs, I found one dog owner who’s dog peed on the floor by the side entrance right in front of me and never intended on cleaning it up. Also the same individual allowed their dog to just poop in the surrounding grass and made no effort to clean it up. If they have pets the owners should get fined or max charged for not cleaning up after their pets. Other than that it’s not to loud and it convenient to the mall, freeway, and various food facilities.
