Pros:liked the free parking. The air conditioner was amazing. They had plenty of hot water. Cons:There was mold growing in the ceiling above the shower. The exhaust fan was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom.The bathroom door had a punch hole. The elevator was broken and the stairwell and hall ways smelled of urine and smoke. Stained furniture.

Internet photos deceiving, filthy carpet, cracks in the walls and ceilings, comforter not clean, had spots on it and the cushioning was coming out. Halas wreaked of smoke. Staff on check out unprofessional.. yelling and talking to each other while I’m trying to get a receipt like I wasn’t even standing there. Since when do you pay upon check in and not departure? Was not given a receipt for payment at time of payment.

El lugar cumplió con su funciones y el staff nos atendió muy bien. El día q estuve no funcionaba el elevador, mas no se si sea algo frecuente. El baño tenía unos pequeños detalles como de desgaste pero fue una noche de paso nada más y cumplió.

Breakfast selection was good, women doing breakfast were super nice.. Bed was comfortable. Elevator was out of service but luckily there was a room on the main level. There were no bath towels in our room. Staff was walking in the hotel smoking. No one at desk when we went to check out.

Do not use this hotel

The elevator was not working, the nonsmoking rooms smelled of tobacco, the other customers were blasting music and fighting with curse words through the walls all night slamming doors, the hotel was not clean, the bathroom was clogged and when you call the desk no one picks up. This was shocking because comfort inn is usually my first choice for family friendly, clean hotels.
