The staff were amazing! They treated me very well the whole stay there! Also on my final night, had issues with a room, they immediately made it right. I also want to add while waiting for my check to hit on my final night stay, I really appreciate them for not kicking me out. I’m not from Detroit so I had no other place to go. So let me sit in the lobby to wait. Overall, very good experience. Would love to come back!

Pass on this location
My stay at this Comfort Inn location fell short of expectations. The lobby was impeccably maintained, while the staff we encountered were courteous. However, the room required thorough deep cleaning and renovation. Notably, the carpet and curtains were damaged, the jetted tub was stained, and the furniture was compromised, with a stained chair and loose office chair. Moreover, excessive noise from the adjacent guest room persisted until 3am, disrupting our peace. Given our brief interaction with the facilities, I would not recommend or revisit this location.

It took a while to get someone at the front desk. The shower head barely put out any water and it was a small stream. We used the shuttle and the driver was incredibly rude. He snapped at me when I asked him for the phone number to call for a pickup. He cursed several times on the way.

Great staff. Property a little dated. Room and public areas were clean. Hallways, not so much. Breakfast was tasty and had good options. Needed more than one coffee dispenser that was always empty, one toaster was not working which caused a line and some complaints.
