Our room is comfortable, clean, with the shower was like 120 dB. There was obviously something wrong with the pipes. Overall and above average stay.

Drawer on one side of the bed comes open on its own. Lever on shower faucet does not automatically return to release water from the tub instead of the shower. Hot water takes an excessive amount of time to get to the bathtub faucet Attendant at breakfast was the most cheerful person on staff. She brightened my morning.

There was no soap provided, which I'm sure was just an oversight. And that the tub valve was taking half the water with it. And the curtain was not staying in one place. The breakfast was a big disappointment with zero fresh fruit and very limited cereal / protein options.

BED BUGS!!!!!! Took a LIVE bed bug to the front desk and they tried to tell me that wasn’t what it was. Manager never came out to talk to me, they just told me to call Hotels.com. Still trying to make sure i didn’t bring them home with me. It is a huge expense and commitment to ensure they are not on my things. The hotel was in terrible condition, so wasn’t surprised. The reviews do not reflect the bad condition of this hotel.
