Very obvious by the overall condition of the property that they don't maintain it on a regular basis. No hot water on the first night, switched rooms. Next day, they charged my card after paying in full with no authorization, said it was a system error and that it would be voided eventually after 5-6 business days. Completely unacceptable. Will never stay here again.

Reasonable price cold pool.

We chose this hotel while in town for sporting events. We called in advance to ask about the pool. Weeks before we were told it had just been repaired and was warming up. Two weeks later and it was so cold!! Three days of no swimming. The hotel is dated but it was clean and comfy. Breakfast was typical but for two days no syrup which was disappointing for kids. Not the hotels fault but car parked out back with men inside first night and second day clearly smoking marijuana. Had I been alone, I would have worried. We’d stay again!

Not the best location

The stay started off poorly The room service is a company not in the hotel someone had stolen my food or it never came and I had to wait for a replacement meal and part of my order was still missing and the hotel had problems with the toilet. You tell the front desk about the toilet and they give you the plunger for you to do it yourself instead of maintenance to do the toilet and the toilet kept backing up.

Hot box hotel!

Before we booked our room we called and asked a few questions first. We Asked if there was a pool and they said yes. But failed to mention it was closed. The place smelled like marijuana. There was Cigarette butts in the elevator. Every day the elevator reeked of weed. Bedsheets had stains on them. Remote controls to the TV didn’t work. The bathroom was not what was pictured for the room. And the water wasn’t very hot. The free breakfast wasn’t terrible but on the second day, they had no paper plates left. we asked if they had any more and they said they were out. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the money they charge a night. I would suggest spending a little more and staying someplace else.

Staff were all very nice. However, I stayed in the first room off the first floor lobby, which shares a wall with the waffle machine, and has the kitchen across the hall. At 5:30 AM when staff started getting breakfast ready, and especially anytime someone made a waffle, which results in 5 loud beeps each time a waffle is ready (!), it made sleep impossible. I got into the property my first night after 1 AM, and was awake a few short hours later with the first waffle of the day.

Went here because we were in town for Disney on Ice, but chose this particular one because of the pool and the continental breakfast.. We arrived the lady was extremely slow checking us in and was very flustered by time it was finally my turn to check in after waiting 30ish minutes.. everything was pretty dirty I will say they had decent pillows and a nice soft blanket.. My little one was upset about the pool being completely closed down anyways, we get up in the morning and breakfast was very limited.. they had some questionable “sausage” that my daughter spit out I got the Biscut and gravy but it was COLD so I took up and warmed it.. I feel a lot of it was misrepresented and the main reason to go to that hotel were for the pool and breakfast and both they failed to delivery on

It was fine. If you need to stay for a night it’s sufficient. Rooms are outdated, elevators are old. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast, good variety and the woman keeping it all running for breakfast was amazing she is a hard worker. The pool was closed and there was no prior notice - we booked this for the pool so huge disappointment. Phone not working in our room.
