I try to be an optimistic person, and even after reading the reviews about this place, I came in prepared to stay positive. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. When I went to the kitchen area by the lobby for plastic silverware, none were out. There was a “Be back in 10” sign at the front desk and no employee present. I opened a couple drawers to look—most were empty. A man in the lobby told me which drawer had silverware, so I took two of each. When the front desk employee returned, he said, “Did I see you looking through my drawers? I can’t have you looking through my breakfast supply.” The interaction was unnecessary and uncomfortable. If supplies are kept in drawers, more should be set out so guests don’t have to search for them. There were several other issues: the jacuzzi took forever to fill with warm water, the toilet doesn’t flush properly, and the water pressure is horrible. Half the lamps and light switches don’t work, and while checking them we noticed it’s very dirty behind the furniture. The couch is covered in stains. The hallways smell like body odor and possibly mold. The TV is outdated and only shows channel numbers, not names. You can’t use WiFi without contacting the front desk, which I didn’t want to do after that interaction. Overall, between cleanliness, maintenance problems, odors, outdated amenities, and the front desk situation, this has not been a good experience.

The room was clean, comfortable, and staff were nice. Breakfast was good. However, next-door, the children played & screamed until 2 o’clock in the morning. It was hard to get rest.

Horrible, They first tried to give me a jacuzzi room where the jets didn’t work. Then after 30 minutes they agreed to swap rooms. After checking in and attempting to fill the jacuzzi absolutely zero hot water. After speaking with the guy at the desk he informed me they have only 2 water heaters for over 150 rooms. He informed me they were completely booked but had maybe 40 cars onsite. He then stated I would have to wait and eventually if I was lucky I’d get hot water. I literally booked the room only for the jacuzzi nothing more. Attempted for 2 hours never got to use the jacuzzi or even shower due to no hot water. How can you have that many rooms and no hot water. I wouldn’t stay here, better luck at a cheap motel. Avoid unless you just need to sleep and not shower.

Staff was great. Rooms were dirty. Had to change rooms once due to a cockroach running across the main tv shelf. Breakfast was late we had to skip it. Beds in our second room were good. Door latch mechanism was missing on bathroom door and roomdor lock was out of alignment and didnt lock
