The room was clean, great size, amazing hot tub was a bonus and I would stay here again just for that! The bathroom could use a touch more lighting near the sink/vanity. That's my only feedback! Staff was friendly. Great value!

The room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that you change the design of the bathroom in the room I stayed. There was only a shower curtain between the bathroom and the bedroom, no wall. Also the lighting was not good. If a lady wanted to fix her hair or do make she would need her own light. Also the elevator was broken, and the lobby floors and the hallway going up the stairs were never vacuumed or mopped the entire weekend I stayed. Same footprints on the floor from I don’t know when??

The furnace was broken and it was freezing. We had no hot water in the shower at all. The TV did not work and there was no one at the front desk ever sitting there to ask for help. I will never come back to this hotel again and I even did a protection plan and now I can’t get my money back and because of that, I will never refer anybody to this hotel.

The check in process wasn’t clear, very frustrating and quite a few extra charges. My card ended up being swiped for 3 times the amount. Someone also thought it would be great to set the alarm clock in my room to extremely early so that was fun figuring out how to turn off in the middle of the night. Not having a wall to the bathroom was not ideal either / lacks privacy for going to the actual bathroom
