Love the room bed was extremely comfortable like sleeping in a cloud.. my room had the jacuzzi tub right in the middle so i could get in from bathroom or bedroom side open the curtains lay back relax and still watch tv. My only issue was someone in next room banging on the wall all night would startle me awake sounding like someone coming through the door. Will definitely be my go to everytime im in the area which is at least once a month

If you need a home-away-from-home in Troy, the Wingate is the spot. From the front desk crew (who are basically hospitality superheroes in business-casual) to the maintenance team (fast, friendly, and apparently part-time magicians) to the cleaning staff (absolute angels walking the earth), everyone here treats you with kindness, patience, and zero judgment — even when your friends leave your room looking like a tornado with commitment issues. The maids? Tip them. No, seriously — tip them like your soul depends on it. They’re the unsung MVPs of this whole operation and deserve every dollar and then some. Clean rooms, great energy, and a staff that feels like a little supportive family… the Wingate in Troy gets an easy 10/10 from me. I’ll absolutely be back!
