The check in process wasn’t clear, very frustrating and quite a few extra charges. My card ended up being swiped for 3 times the amount. Someone also thought it would be great to set the alarm clock in my room to extremely early so that was fun figuring out how to turn off in the middle of the night. Not having a wall to the bathroom was not ideal either / lacks privacy for going to the actual bathroom

The staff was courteous! The most negative part of the whole stay was not having the parking lot plowed so we had to try to walk around in icy snow that was a slip & fall hazard!

We had a square hole in the wall on the side of the bed that you could see through to the other side of the bathroom where the tub/shower was at. There was absolutely no privacy whatsoever. The main desk acted like this was normal.

Excellent for this price. Staff were very helpful and kind. The room and hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The black out curtains made the room nice and dark so we could sleep. The breakfast was quite good and the area clean also. The only thing I didn’t like was that music played in the hallway at night from overhead speaker. I could hear it but other people staying here might not mind.
