Unfortunately, this property did not meet my expectations based on the photos. Upon arrival, the hotel had a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways. The checkout process was also not ideal and felt disorganized. Safety was a concern as well — the walkways and stairs were not properly salted, and I witnessed an older gentleman fall, which was very alarming. Cleanliness was another issue; my towels appeared dirty, and I even observed a staff member spraying Lysol in the hallway to mask odors. Additionally, the breakfast was terrible and did not meet basic expectations. Overall, the experience felt more like a money grab than a guest-focused stay. Attention to cleanliness, safety, and guest experience is clearly needed.

asked for a quiet room--one not by elevator or ice machine---no problems--room was clean & comfy--heater was actually running great and not noisy--very pleased with room--check in was easy and lady was polite and check out great also--would stay again--did not get to have breakfast because of an early 7AM appointment at Henry Fords--loved it only took little over ten minutes to get to hospital. maybe one suggestion--get higher toilets--to low to the ground Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Staff, the room and the breakfast were all outstanding!!! They even accommodated my special request to not be by anyone due to me having to go to sleep early because I had to leave early fo work. I stay there about 2 or 3 times a month when the weather is bad because I live out of town. Out of all my stays I have only had one issue with 1 staff member but after expressing my concerns and frustrations with the manager all was resolved. Definitely would recommend!
