Hotel or Motel? Naw its a Hotel 🤔

This Hotel chain usually has a warmer feel and touch. However, this particular Hotel seem outdated, kind of stale but with medium pulchritude. The front desk were outstanding and the hotel workers were awesome. But the hotel itself, honestly I was kind of put off by it. I almost canceled my reservations because when I arrived to go in the building (mind you, we're talking outside which means open air) all I smelled was weed (in the hotels defense, I did see someone come out later and spray). The bed seem old, carpet seem old, bathroom toilet was very loud every time we flushed it. In closing, it remind me of a well kept up-to-date Motel instead of a top chain Hotel.

Super helpful receptionist.

Reception was super helpful. We had to extend our trip & the receptionist arranged for us to stay in the same room (with a walk in shower,) making the process as easy as possible for us.
