Disappointing

Bathroom walls were filthy. Hotel smelled like pot. Breakfast was out of everything including bowls for breakfast. Loud group of people until very late.

It was VERY clean and nice ESPECIALLY for the price we paid. Unfortunately it was a quick overnight stay. Next time hopefully we can enjoy the amenities!!!

The micro door handle was broke at the bottom and the pool was cold. This is Michigan; the pool needs to be heated. We chose this place for the pool so now we can’t stay at this place again because the pool is not heated. The breakfast was fine.

It was fine but there’s a strong smell as soon as you walk in and in the hallways. Room was dated, but okay. Breakfast was okay. Yogurt was frozen solid. I heard another visitor as a service person for more shampoo; she said she didn’t have any on her cart and then proceeded to go back to what she was doing without offering to bring him some.

Michelle was very helpful however, when I arrived, my room had a broken window taped together I went back to the desk and they positioned me to another room, which didn’t look as it had been clean very well. Wash cloths on the floor the little den looked to be very shotty

Check in was smooth; staff was friendly. Breakfast offered several choices and was well stocked. The only downside was the bathroom - the shower curtain had dirty spots and wouldn’t stay shut due to unusually curved curtain rod. There were also stains on the walls and door - a little scrubbing and paint would help. Front of the hotel looked nice, but back was a little sketchy and probably wouldn’t leave my car back there.
