I liked the hotel but the TV didn't have captions so I couldn't really understand the TV, plus the pillows were a bit deflated so I couldn't sleep well but overall it was good like 4/5

Dirty wallpaper

Nice comfortable room and beds. I didn't have time to use the pool or gym, but they looked nice. I love that when I came downstairs at 10 am to get a cup of coffee, they still had breakfast available even though the posed time they close is 10 am. Even though it didn't bother me, it was hard not to notice the wallpaper peeling off and that it was stained with a lot of dirty handprints.

The only star I took away was because when I went to check in with the card I had put on file I wasn’t able to use it. My mother booked the room, and she put the card on file. She ended up in the hospital due to leukemia, and I still needed to stay. I didn’t have funds on me to pay it. I had to find someone to email a card authorization at midnight so I could have a place to sleep. I realize the severity of potential fraud, however I think certain circumstances considering she booked the room, put the card on file, and added my name should have been enough to allow the payment to be processed.
