First problem is the hot tub wasn’t working (we booked specifically to have a relaxing night with a hot tub). Then, in the middle of the night, from 3-4 in the morning there was a horrible altercation down the hall from our room. It took security a long time to respond and even then longer to resolve it. The property is decent but there is a definite problem with staffing if that sort of situation is allowed to transpire and take so long to resolve. Police should have been called or the group should have been removed from the hotel.

The hotel was ok the floor was dirty when we came. No remote when we arrive in the room. Ask the supervisor about the remote she ask me where was it like I stole it. Not the hotel fault but it was alot going on with alot of kids running up and down the Hallways. Kids yelling, screaming getting into fights. Walls are so thin I was hearing people having sex in the other room while I was trying to sleep.
