This property is old and outdated. There were dining tables stacked in the hallway along with debris. It smelled old and was dusty. The furniture, fixtures, decor, all outdated the pictures and reviews online does not reflect what I observed in person. The jetted tub was not working properly, Traveling from out of state, I was disappointed.

Not good place to stay at all

I booked this hotel for a family event. Customer service at the front desk wasn't bad but wasn't the best I've had. When i checked in, seemed they were pretty occupied with one orher customer. She ran through my check in. Not explaining much. The hotel is very old and need major updates.when i arrived in my room. I noticed my trash hadn't been emptied. Housekeeping was in the hallway came and took care of it. During the night being able to hear thr people over me walking like an apartment living was very unusual to me for a hotel. The next morning the toilet would not flush. When i attempted to call the front desk, the cord on the phone came out and i couldn't put it back. Called requesting maintenance from my cell. As i sat there i noticed a big hole near the bed wall. The phone table was hiding it. I let maintenance know when he arrived. He fixed the toilet and phone cord right away. Upon fixing the toilet. He left water everywhere. There was only two bath towels. No wash clothes or hand towels. Luckily i always travel with my own towels, pillow cases, Clorex whips and disinfection spray. Which is why i made it work. As well as the location was another plus. This hotel needs major improvements

The room was dirty , sofa was stained, carpet very dirty. The mattress cover was for a double bed stretched over a king bed. There was one wash cloth, hand towel, and bath towel for two people. The room next to us was up yelling until 5 in the morning We planned on staying 2 nights but checked out after the first night.

The bathroom was not clean… their was hair left in the shower and I requested for the room to be cleaned again they never came and cleaned it.. there was old candy left under the sheets… the pool was dirty and they had no cleans towels the next morning.

Very, very dirty. Thick dust on all horizontal surfaces above waist height. Dusty lampshades and lightbulbs covered with dust and cobwebs. Broken tile and mold/mildew in bathroom, empty shampoo dispenser, loose toilet seat, loose shower faucet and handle, no cold water from faucet. Dirty/stained carpet. Dirty walls. Bed headboards smeared with “something”, ew. Incredibly lumpy, loud, and uncomfortable mattresses. Deadbolt on door didn’t work. Air conditioner/heater vent CAKED with buildup of mold. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night for reasons that still remain unknown. Elevator floor and walls dirty, smeared with mystery substance, trash on the floor, and broken buttons. Smelled like weed everywhere! This place was the total package. Will NEVER be back.

The staff represented every stereo type I've ever had about people from Detroit. Which is rude. First room they gave us didn't even have a tv. Called down, got a new room. Everyone was very short with us. Country inn and suites are pretty good everywhere else. Will not stay at this one again but with keep is jy them

the room next to me had a couple going through a domestic violence incident. the room was very loud and was destroyed. you could hear furniture and glass be thrown all through the night. I will never come back.

I was very unhappy was this hotel... on arrival i check in they gave us the room key as i go to the room housekeeping is still cleaning the room... i had to wait 10-15mins to get into the room.. i finally get in the room and it's a musty mildew odor so i go back to the front desk and ask for another room the person at the front desk said later we're booked kinda with a attitude ... the toilet had a hard time flushing...the breakfast was great.. the housekeeping was nice.. but overall having to deal with a Mildew smell that airfresher couldn't eliminate made this experience not good at all.

They gave me a very dirty room, with an unmade bed and when I went back to get a "clean" one they gave me a room that was extremely dirty, very bad mold smell, moist carpet and bed sheets. Room had mold in bathroom and no towels! The hotel was extremely dirty and I felt like I was in a really cheap motel!

When we arrived Dana working the front desk was yelling at guests for asking for extra towels. The lobby smelled like skunk and cigarettes and did nothing but get worse each floor you go up on. Dana was so rude and intense when we checked in it made me thoroughly uncomfortable. When I got to my room the toilet was pre-clogged and when I asked the house keeper for a plunger she told me to ask the front desk. When I asked the front desk for a plunger they told me to ask the house keeper. After some time some random guy came in and started plunging the toilet but couldn’t get it so a second guy came in, used our ottoman to prop open the door so everybody walking by our room could see into our room and what was going on, and after 10 mins still could not get it unclogged. We decided to pack up and leave because we asked to be switched to a different room and were told to wait for them to fix the toilet instead. When we went downstairs to check out after being told that, Dana at the front desk told us that there was absolutely no way she could give us a refund and she did everything she was trained to do so call tomorrow and ask for the manager to get a refund - basically don’t let the door hit you on the way out. I have never been treated like this as a human in my life … the whole hotel is outdated and disgusting, don’t ever stay here. And heaven forbid you want more than one towel per room!

STAY AWAY

Terrible! Don’t stay here. Hotel carpet is disgusting. Our light was out. The window was open Eve. We arrived. The door hardly opened. The walls were dirty and chipped, the lamp shades were stained, there was a bug crawling on the wall, the bathroom fan didn’t work, they only gave us two towels for four people—so then gave us pool towels, the pillows smelled of some nasty fake fragrance, one curtain was broken, the lobby smelled of marijuana, etc.
