We were evacuated in the middle of the night because of a horrible smell in the halls. and after all of the inconvenience they proceeded to be rude to the guest and make assumptions as to who caused it. Then to top that off over charged my account over $500 for absolutely nothing no damage or anything was done against policy. The staff is horrible and rude. They will be hearing from my attorneys.

The building is just run down and not up to Country standards. Broken parts in elevator (Buttons missing, frame broken and so on), carpets in halls wrinkled up and worn, Shower faucet stripped, real thin towels every 3 days….and on and on. We were very let down! Not even an afternoon cookie at this place. This was the last 3 days of our vacation so we just put up with it.

Overall, a great experience. Any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was loud, and needed to be fixed. The staff was kind and friendly, and I'd stay here again.
