My bathroom was old and dirty. The carpet was stained and dirty. Had a King bed thad was hard and uncomfortable, and twin size pillows. I had to ask for more pillows and get them myself because they were short staffed. When I called the loby to ask about what tv channels they had, I was put on hold forever, I ended up just hanging up.
