No housekeeping entire stay of a week.

Never once in the week we were there was our room serviced. 3 times we brought this to the attention of the front desk but they did not accommodate us, we were given the excuse that they didn’t have housekeeping on weekends. What about the other 5 days? We were told next visit they would discount for us. Well there won’t be a next time. They had their chance, I expect service during my stay not promises. The man at the front desk was condescending to me, a woman, he would only address my husband and directed his comments to him and not me. We will not be staying again.

Pretty decent place.

Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was above average, for a hotel in this price range. It does need a little updating, but nothing major. Plenty of outlets and usb charging ports. My only negative is that, I got the impression that they were allowing people to"live there" long term. One person even mentioned that they had lost their apartment lease and were staying at the hotel. It seemed that the "residents" had taken over the pool and hot tub. We, really never got a good opportunity to use the facilities.

Front Lobby nice looking, but route to elevator & rooms difficult to find & dark ,& dingy. Stacks of supplies off of the hallway entrance. Hotel carts were small, ackward & unavailable. (People took them into their rooms & didn't return, but stuck them in the halls on 4th floor.) Room wasnt ready until after 6 pm, but vheck in time was 4 pm. Pool good.

Bed was hard-just shy of sleeping on the floor. There was no housekeeping service on the weekend which was when we stayed. Parking was limited around the entrance. Freezer in small refrigerator was iced over so it was hard to squeeze in the items we needed to keep frozen. I must say that the breakfast each morning was good and the cook very friendly We would NOT stay here again. This is the second Country Inn that has been disappointing.

I already wrote a review. I will never stay there again. The staff was wonderful. The lobby was nice. The exterior was nice. I submitted pictures. The flooring in the room was disgusting. It was amazing. The bed was actually comfortable and appeared clean. Otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed. It was very late when I arrived After a very long trip. Again, I will never stay there again. I didn’t even take my shoes off, stepped on towels, put a towel down in the bathtub to stand on when I took a shower and kept my sneakers on the entire time couldn’t even feel comfortable walking in socks.

The front desk was wonderful. I had made two reservations with a day in between. I tried to cancel the second, but it was too late to do so by the time I checked in for the first date. Otherwise, I would’ve canceled. I have never stayed in a room that was so dirty. Other than the bed, which was clean and comfortable, the floor, the carpet everything was disgusting. It was very late when I got in, and I was only there for hours otherwise I would’ve left. I had to put a towel down in the bathtub to step on in order to take a shower. I kept my shoes on the entire time I wouldn’t even put my socks on the rug. I took pictures of it. It was absolutely disgusting. I looked as I went through the hallways, the hallway rugs were disgusting as well. It is a shame because it’s a beautiful building. The lobby was nice and years ago granted it was 20 years ago it was a lovely place to stay. To look at it from the outside, the building looks beautiful. The lobby looks beautiful. The staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely, but the room itself was awful. I kept all of my things up high. I didn’t even want my shoes on the floor. If I hadn’t been coming from such a long distance, I wouldn’t have stayed. Surprisingly though the bed appeared clean and it was quite comfortable. It was odd to have a clean, comfortable bed, beautiful exterior - lobby but offer such dirty flooring and walls. There were stains everywhere. I’ve never written a bad review before. I’ll never stay there again.

You get what you pay for

This hotel was ok for the price we payed. No room service over 4 days. Had to ask for additional and fresh towels. Level of cleanliness left something to be desired. Bathroom floor and tub needed to be scrubbed. Drink stains on carpet in room. Desk clerk not super willing to be helpful. Pool walls and floor in pool room need a good scrubbing. Pool towels, when they were available, were stained. Breakfast monitor was the sweetest woman! Took care of all of us. Thanks, Mary!
