Came for the automation show. Had to pay a last-minute premium and I got a handicap room. they neglected to tell me that. No ironing board or other items like a closet in that room.

While the location is extremely convenient if you’re attending an event at the convention center, the rooms are outdated, bathrooms are tiny and the restaurant staff is rude and poorly trained. I got asked to move to a high top, because I was by myself, regardless that there were plenty of tables available, I ordered a steak that took 45 mins to come and the answer from the waitress was: you order steak. Steak takes a long time. ….food was good however. So the place is ok if you’re willing to deal with a bit of rudeness.

Shower was broken/no comforter on bed/ our greeting wasn’t as cheerful as day shift staff. Rooftop bar was open and a family member told me about it. He was told by his loving morning staff that greeted him.
