The customer service here was a 10. The gentleman in the breakfast area was very pleasant, and nice. Checking out Toni Hill made my trip, she literally was the cherry on top and don't even realize her short conversation was what I needed. A smile and kind heart goes a long way!

My Go-To Spot.

Love it here; amazing staff as per usual. Nice clean comfy room! One of the four elevators is laggy and has no display lights or sounds so using it is mega anxiety inducing and eighteen dollars is far too much for continental Sysco breakfast (same price no matter what or how much you get); but no real cons whatsoever. I’ll continue staying here every time I’m in Detroit!

- We did not like the MANDATORY $45usd Valet parking fee. - We also experienced a VERY slow mainly clogged bath tube, that ended creating a large pool of wather in the tube while taking a shower. - Now the TOILET, after making a number 2 deposit( so tobe so descriptive) it took 4 - 5 flushes before my deposit was completely washed away. WILL NEVER NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN.

This property was okay.. However, I enjoyed myself and while coming to Detroit for a live performance. Short notice and I found that having the “People’s Train Station “ was across the street. Which I enjoyed because it was close and convenient to where I needed to go.

The view was incredible, the room was well laid out and comfortable with all the in room amenities that you'd like- fridge, space to relax that isn't a bed, a comfortable bed for sleeping.
