I’ve stayed here before and each time I go back I immediately remember why I don’t like this hotel. I was in a two queen bed room and had two towels, one washcloth, and two hand towels. When I Ininquired about extra towels the hotel cleaning person told me I had to go to the front desk. Went to the front desk and I had to provide my room number to get towels. Again, called down for an iron because not every room has an iron. Well, it was too early (8am) and the head of housekeeping wasn’t in and the person at the front desk didn’t know where to find them. Lastly, I went to take a shower. Looked for the shampoo/comditioner bottles 99.9% of hotels provide……not this one. They give you a small packet of shampoo you have to rip open to use it. But then what do I now do with the trash in my hand with shampoo in the other??? Come on. Do better. They are def mot eco friendly with those packets.

I had to complain about the people above me at 1230 am and 330 am They made unbearable noise all night. The fridge was so loud. Sounded like it was going to blow up. Room was dirty. I will never stay there ever again.

My flip flops stuck to the bathroom floor. The shower didn’t look clean so I washed up rather than shower. The desktop had all kinds of glass rings on it and was sticky. TV reception was terrible for football games. No mini workout room but I walked outside so I won’t hold that against you. Thank you!
