The room smelled. Like smoke. The toilet paper holder was broken, the shower was moldy. Crumbs under the AC, a pill behind a chair. Clearly wasn't cleaned well. I'll honestly probably stay here again because of the price and location but they really need to do better.

Abysmal.
The hotel is not great. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. Bathroom doors don't close properly. The facilities in the suite are sub par. No coffee machine in the room. Missing lights. Extremely dim lighting. Non working lights. Breakfast was low quality muffins and beard. Nothing hot. Elevator for stuck mid way. Needed manual intervention.

I absolutely do not recommend staying here even though it is cheap. They will be polite til their is an issue. I had the gentleman at the front desk tell me if I don’t book my room they could use it instead after I brought up my issue of the room they gave me. They claim their single person jet tub is oversized. This is false advertising and they have only one room with an actual over sized jet tub. If you want this room it is your responsibility as the guest to state that room number. They also refuse to let you speak to management on the weekend which I find ridiculous. If you know as a hotel this is a common issue you should take the time to correct it. I have already filed a complaint with the hotel chain over this issue. You can hear everything in the hallways and rooms. Air conditioners are extremely loud. I had dry wall patches on my hotel room walls. Bathroom door and bedroom door didn’t close shut. I had no trash can in my kitchenette and it was smaller than my previous room with the oversized tub I had at my last visit. Curtains had stains on them. Window screens for the window were ripped apart. I’m so disappointed at how the staff and management handle this hotel. I will not return after the poor conditions and treatment.
