This property is disgusting. The cleaning service definitely doesnt clean the rooms at all, the bedding was dirty and had other peoples hair in it. I'm so disgusting and disappointed because the pictures made it seem so nice.

You get what you pay for. The place reeks of smoke, food, must..you name it. That's all we smelled that it kept us up all night and decided to check out very early. I think people live in this hotel.

Unpleasant at best

First, the front desk gentleman couldn't find my reservation, but didn't actually search my name before telling me so. The carpet in the room was dirty and there was medication on the floor. No coffee pot, just accessories for it. The shower was broken and so was the toilet paper holder. The tile was sticky, our shoes stuck to the floor. There is a very bright spotlight outside our window. The bathroom door doesn't stay open.

I reserved the rooms because we had a wedding reception at the banquest center. The floors were filthy but the front desk help was friendly. It would have been a more pleasant stay if the carpets were vacuumed . . . hallways and rooms. There was mold on the ceiling tiles in the bathrooms as well.

The stay was horrible! I did not get the room the I requested which was requested through hotels.com and I also requested through a chat option as well. The room was very unsanitary to me. I honestly did not want to sit in the toilet. The sink looked like they let a 2 year old install it. The TV had one channel. I was told at check in to jist call if I had any problems which was impossible because the phone beside the nonworking TV also did not work. I attempted to call the hotel from myself cellphone but it rang so long it just disconnected. I had actually tried to call this property the week before just to confirm the reservation and the needs for the type of room and over a week span was never able to make contact. I contacted Day Inn and they were not able to contact the actual property either but confirmed that a stand alone shower. Again this did not happen either. This hotel needs severe help and hotel.com needs to remove it as one of it options for traveling. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a Days Inn and it will also be the last !!! I’m done with Days Inn

Staff was not available at the desk for 10-15 minutes of check in and check out. The room had permanent stains on the bedding as well as in the bathroom. The shower did not appear clean. The window treatment did not include shades or curtains so the parking lot lights were shining into our room throughout the night. Also not allowing for any privacy.
