Stayed at the hotel because we were running the detroit half marathon and close to the starting line. The staff went beyond what was expected and management offered early breakfast the day of race. Staff gave great advice on places to eat at and places close to property to visit. I recommend this hotel. Will come back and stay when we come back to visit. 10 out of 10. Worth every penny. Great Location for Attending Tigers Game

I drove to Detroit to attend a Tigers baseball game, and the Element Detroit was the perfect location for me, about a 5-minute walk to the ball park. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (thanks Daniel!), my room was clean and nicely appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and they provided a white noise machine (which was great because there was a good bit of mottorcyle noise outside!). The bathroom lighting was good (not the best), and the shower was very comfortable. The only downside is that there is no restaurant, but we found others close by that worked fine.
