Over priced stains on carpet. Had to switch room because sofa bed was broken, front desk said most rooms the sofa beds are broken. Had to go back to front desk after relocated to new room because there was no bedding for sofa bed. Not impressed for how expensive this room was

FAKE EMBASSY SUITES

They falsely were still advertising as Embassy Suites, even Hotels.com was in on it, using the old FALSE Google losing to offer cheaper prices. Hilton sold this old, in bad shape hotel 6 months ago and its a dump putting it nicely. Stay far away, our 1st room had old brown waste in the toilet, 2nd full of bugs, we left a day early and both companies who falsely advertised refused any type of refund.

$150 a night for an outdated, poorly maintained room, paint was chipped and falling from the ceilings, ripped furniture and clogged sink. Newer hotels for less just next door, don't let the Hilton name in the branding fool you. It fooled us.

Room needed repair work. Light switch that broken had duct tape covering it. Carpeting was stained heavily in areas.

The AC didn’t keep up with the humidity in both the common areas and my room. Bar and restaurant is only open 5-11pm. Bathroom was kind of dirty with hair on the ceiling and floor tiles not being attached. Overall not bad but had higher expectations.

Price was good, but the dirty worn out furniture in the rooms needs to be addressed. Bar closed at 9:00pm, but I was told it was open at least until 10pm. You also need to address the garbage being left outside of the rooms. Someone needs to pick this up in a more timely manner! Thx! Right now I will never come back.

Beautiful hotel, but just OK

A/C did not work in my room, it was 82°. But the receptionist was so apologetic and sweet, she moved me to a different room and even that A/C didn’t work so well. The carpet was stained in both rooms and I had to ask for hot fresh scrambled eggs at breakfast.

1st problem! Certain rooms don’t have air in it and we had a room that didn’t have air in it, and it was hot and all they can do is advise to open the window and prop the door open. 2nd problem! As we are coming down to eat breakfast, we noticed there was a few people in the pool, but as soon as we got done eating, there was a note put on the pool door, saying it needs to be cleaned and they don’t know when it will be done. And this is Mother’s Day. 3rd problem! As it’s getting closer to checkout, I called and asked for a hour late check out, which would be at 12. At this time the hotel is pretty empty and there is really no one there. Staff tell me they can’t do late checkouts because they are over their limit of late checkout. I feel like being that they had all these inconveniences they couldn’t give us a hour late check out.
