Romulus for the win!
I had a good stay at Embassy Suites in Romulus, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was clean, but it was the workers’ dedication that made the difference. The free morning breakfast was a hit, with plenty of delicious options and great service. Overall, a solid stay made memorable by the outstanding hospitality.

Only problem we had was with children screaming and making lots of noise in the pool area into the night. 9 pm and they were still at it. We chose that hotel since we were flying out the next morning at 5:40 and needed to be up at around 2:30, maybe they should have given us ear plugs at check in. The staff was great and the shuttle was on time and very friendly

When I first arrived at the property it was a long line got to the front of the line they allow a man from no where to walk in front and waited on him because he had a problem as if I was invisible. Walking to the room the hallways smells horrible like the carpet has never been cleaned. Go into the room there’s a bug on the side of the toilet. Next day wake up and the elevator is out of order. I have an ankle brace I’m already really far the pool and the dining area now I have to take the steps to which smelled like something crazy that’s not clean. Carrying all my bags down the steps instead of on a dolly. I was just over the stay.

An Amazing Stay
We had a great six day stay. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and housekeeping kept our room looking beautiful each day. The property was clean and well lit; in addition, there was ample parking. The pool was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from including freshly made omelets. Also, the staff - especially Toiya, was amazing. She suggested places to get a good and reasonably priced meal, sights to visit, and the quickest way to get to Canada; we would have been lost without her. My family and I will be back to visit in the near future because we were treated so well by everyone there, along with the beauty of the property/room.

Clean and updated. Would stay again except for shuttle service. They tell you 24 hours and on demand however that’s not really accurate. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes but they pick up two Hilton affiliates first. If the small shuttle is full you have to wait for the next. My husband and I stayed there to catch an early flight. We wanted the 5 am shuttle. Finally got space on the 5:30 am. Others decided to Uber it….
