Enjoyable stay
Thanks to a great staff (front desk, food, and housekeeping) it was another enjoyable stay. The only complaint is only one elevator works, as the other has been inoperable for months.

A Great hotel conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. Very clean and the staff were professional and kind. Breakfast with many options was appreciated! I would not hesitate to stay again.

Overall good. Someone’s pill medication was on the floor so vacuuming must not have been thorough and the coffee creamer sugar packet was opened ands used and placed back in the supplies

This property was an excellent value for the money. As I was a long term (2 week} stay I was looking for safety, quiet, good location near friends and family, and highways, and convenient to some shopping. I found the hotel met or exceeded all of those expectations. The gym and indoor pool were visited and appreciated often, as was the generous breakfast bar, and appropriate hours of service. My only drawback was that housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 11 am the day I left, and asked if I planned on leaving at noon. I felt that was inappropriate, as I was ready to check out. But I did appreciate the fact that they did not enter my room for the 2 week stay, except on request.

Very pleasant stay
This Livonia location has wonderful personnel and clean and organized facilities. It's our new go to hotel for our frequent overnight stays to Lower Michigan. Only 2 items that were noticed for needed improvement...one elevator is not working, and no bacon or sausage to go with the eggs in the morning (had them in prior stays).

I really liked this hotel. The staff are so nice and helpful that they made our stay pleasurable. The room is nice and clean and the location, of the hotel, was perfect for us. I will stay here again. Well done!
