i was not pleased to say the least… there was no hot water, nonworking shower, a nonworking refrigerator, the curtains were broken and the carpet stained… if it wasn’t prepaid and through a third party, i would have cancelled..

Besides the broken items in the room….the housekeepers threw away my cervical neck pillow!! I am ticked off! I called the front desk that evening we got back home and noticed it was not in our stuff. The front desk was rude and non caring and not understanding that this Pillow is very important for my sleep quality due to a neck injury. There is no reason why my expensive pillow was thrown out PERIOD! That was sooo uncalled for and ridiculous ! Thats what the Lost and Found should be for…duh!!! Needless to say…we will never be returning to this unprofessional managed hotel! We didn’t deserve that so no patronage from us nor our friends and family!!! NO THANK YOU!!! Shame on you all!!!!!!!

The hallways were not clean. The rooms need updating. The restaurant was a joke. The food came in plastic containers and it was barely edible. It looked like it was frozen food warmed up. The staff in the dining area sat around and talked. I had to go up to them to get my bill. The front desk clerk was playing games on his phone too loud. The transportation was great! The location was great.

No one was available to check us in on arrival and we had to wait. No one was there again in the morning to check out and purchase snacks for the day from the little store. The staff when they arrived were abrupt and rude, couldn’t answer basic questions about the provided airport shuttle. Would definitely not stay here and would pick one of the many other airport hotels as an alternative if I’m traveling through Detroit airport again.

Nice enough but…

Needed a hotel with a shuttle and decided to give it a try. Bed was comfortable but rips in the sheets and stains on the carpet made me think I will look elsewhere next time I am stuck at DTW overnight
