Staff were incredibly disrespectful and unhelpful, they cancelled our booking prior to our arrival and claimed they did no such thing, when shown the booking they lied and said it never existed, then refused to provide any statement/proof that we did not have a booking as I wanted to bring it up to their manager. Did not even apologize once for the situation, and smiled/laughed at us the entire time while we struggled to find another last-minute hotel before our flight the next morning.

The room was clean. Bathroom was clean and the tub worked. The bed was old and not very comfortable. Room needs updating badly. No parking anywhere on property- cars were blocking the lanes, some were parked on the sidewalks. I was forced to park next door and walk .5 of a mile to building and I have a torn meniscus and ligament in my knee and have handicapped parking sticker, on top of the snow that fell earlier in the day.

I missed a flight and had to book a room and paid for a room here after 8:30 pm. I show up at 9:30 pm and I’m told there is not a room available yet and one is being cleaned. Do they rent rooms by the hour? I would have picked another hotel if they didn’t have a room. Now I am stuck here waiting for a room I have paid for that I should clearly have access to at this hour. Room available before 10 pm. Appears clean

We had to more than 35 minutes to get our room even with a reservation and they also dont tell you about a $ 50 holding fee attached to your stay untill it hits your method of payment. On-time check-in?

We arrived at 9 PM and the room was not ready because it was being cleaned by housekeeping. That was frustrating, since the check in time was 3 PM. We stood in the lobby 45 minutes waiting. Another group was told it would be hours, so they just went to the airport to sleep at the gate. I hope this wasn’t a regular thing.
