Great stay!

The staff was extremely friendly and supportive after a delayed flight. The rooms were clean and the small store provided solid options for a late dinner. The shuttle was a HUGE help and mostly quiet.

When arrived, informed there was no water in the hotel. Offer to cancel/refund and I could find another property. Chose to stay anyway, and check in person was great…got me several bottles of water and ice bucket. Water came on about 3AM..so no real impact. Things happen…we chose to embrace it.

No hot water came out and no early bird breakfast provided and curtain was broken and no greetings when checking out to leave. Basically management doesn’t want to spend money and passion into the business, I can see from everything.

the beds where very comfortable and the pillows; the tv reception was not good their where no cups for coffe/tea. It was noisy until about midnight lots of slamming doors. This place is in need of refurbishment but the impression I got was that the money is not there. Having said that you get what you pay for and the price for the room was very reasonable

Needs serious renovation

To best explain, I booked this hotel for the day we arrived at the Detroit Wayne Airport and the day before our return flight a week later. We stopped in for a drink at another hotel and decided to get a room there instead. Just couldn’t make ourselves go back I had already paid for both nights. Hotel.com either will not refund your pre-payment or makes it impossible to do using their app. In defense of the Radison they told us they were about to do renovations. Check more recent reviews to see if this has happened.

I like that it was a pretty cheap option, and I’m sure it works out perfectly for others. I unfortunately would never recommend staying here. I paid too much to immediately check out. I ended up staying next-door at the Hilton, which was a much better experience 10 out of 10 would recommend staying at the Hilton.

Good location for a place near Airport

The hotel was nice with a polite staff.. they let us check-in few hours in advance than the actual time. I wish the bathroom fan was working as it made the place too humid / untidy while showering.. Other than that it was nice stay.

This hotel is good/fine. I thought the Radisson name would mean a high-end hotel. In this case the hotel is not high-end. Admittedly I got there early before check in time and asked to be checked in. I was more than willing to wait, if the clerk said we’d have to wait in the foyer since we had been dropped off. It would only be fair. Instead, the clerk with a very heavy accent, said something to me that I had to ask him to repeat three times. What he said is “for a good review”. The implication was I could check in early if I gave the hotel a good review. So here’s my review: we were allowed to check into a hotel that I could tell was not full. The parking lot didn’t have many cars in it. I felt a bit blackmailed. He checked us in early and the room was very dated so I thought it was retribution for checking in early. It was clean but the amenities you find in other hotels were not in this room. For example, the plugs were only on the lower part of the wall, so there was no place to charge your phone by your bedside. In addition, the bathroom, although clean did not have any toilet paper in the dispensers. It only had half a roll of toilet paper sitting on the toilet. The pillows are flat and made me giggle because reminded me of pancakes. The AC was not accurate so I had to lower the temperature beyond the temp I wanted to get it cool. Now you may say I sound fastidious but I asked another hotel resident what they thought of the hotel and they had basically the same story.

Do NOT believe these people when they say "5th floor" for ice!!! They have no ice in the building whatsoever!!! Also, there was food on the floor near the bed, I'm assuming from the previous stay because it wasn't ours. Also, I booked a King size room but when I got there, I was told they only had double beds and they were FULL SIZED. So yes, 2 adults in a full sized bed was TERRIBLE....extremely uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!
