Pretty nice

The hotel and rooms are updated and very nice. The internet connection was terrible at best , and even after asking no attempt to check it out. All staff were super nice. But our 400 a night was not serviced during our stay …..

There was a loud banging noise that sounded like someone was breaking into our room every 20 minutes. It was from the HVAC. Didn’t sleep well because of this. The bathroom grout was black when it should have been white and there was a 1/4 of dust on the bathroom tile wall border. The access to the Social Club was nice. Service was all good.

Poor management

The stay was fine, unfortunately the people next to us were WAY too loud. There is a time and place for everything, but certainly not till 5am in the morning. We went to the front desk once to complain and also called the frontdesk multiple times at 2am, 3am and 4am and nothing was done. I had to sleep with my headphones on due to the people next door playing dice or dominos. Just because of how the property handeled the situation, i will never stay there again.
