Fire alarm went off 3x in one night

I stay here a lot! Usually no issues and the staff is always amazing. But this time I stayed here the fire alarm went off three times during the night!!! First time a bit after 2am and the last time a little after 7am. When I asked about it in the morning, I was told one alarm had too much pressure. Ok. That would explain once. What about the other two times? Nothing about this was ok. You pay for a room to sleep, and it was literally impossible to do so that night. Very unfortunate.

Our stay at the Dearborn Hampton Inn was great. David, at the desk when we arrived was very helpful, accommodating, friendly and informative. He provided us with lists of many dining options in the area and info on the shuttle available to take us to and from the motel to see the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. He and Alexis, the Assistant General Manager, quickly corrected a small mistake with the number of rooms I reserved. Everything was to our satisfaction and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Breakfast there was good and convenient for our needs. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a little trouble with noise above our room at 10:30 p.m., so we called the front desk and within 10 minutes it was quiet. Gteat service.

The hotel is convenient for a one-night stay. There is free parking. The area around, though, looks unsafe. We stepped outside for a late dinner after driving all day, but had to return and had apples instead, as the neighbourhood did not look safe.
