Kara was wonderful checking us in. Didn’t like the elevator at back of bldg. Hallway carpet needed vacuuming. Room was nice but no cream or sugar for in room coffee. Hotel needs to be updated.

Very average for the price. Essentials were clean (bed and bathroom) but dirty vents, cabinets, etc. Property is very dated and dingy. Staff was polite.

Everything was great but toilet in room was very small. My parents are elderly and had hard time getting up and down. It was not a standard height toilet but otherwise the facility, pool, breakfast, and staff were all great! Will stay again but pls put in standard toilets.

A few of the pillows had a urine smell. The bathroom door did not shut, it wasn’t in line with the door jam. A few crusty stains on the carpet. Hall ways had an odd smell. The elevators were not the cleanest. The breakfast was great!
