We reserved a king room and were given a queen room. I even asked upon check in to confirm we were getting a king room and I was told yes. There was a gap in the blind so a light was shining into our room all night long. There was no remote for the TV in the room. I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it was a queen until after I was ready for bed so upon check out I mentioned it to the desk staff. He said that he would have the manager call me about these issues but I never received a call. Not typical for a Hampton so this is very disappointing!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable as they listen to your comments and request. We arrived late for our reservation but still was able to use it. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms were clean, but the rooms are a bit small. If we had an occasion to be back in the area, this Hampton Inn would definitely be in the list of hotels to stay at.

Food only ok. Staff very friendly. Room was dated in some respects. Bathroom looked updated but no exhaust fan and low toilet. Need bedside drawers. Tv too complicated and when you change the volume it yells at you the new volume level so you miss the dialogue.

Pillows useless/ Loud Air Conditioning that wouldn’t shut off, Nylon Blanket that wouldn’t stay on bed, Very very loud. Felt like people were trying to get I. Because the walls and doors paper thin. No help from staff due to it being an Expedia reservation when asked for better pillows and heavy blankets. Never book this way again. I had paid in full and they would have refunded my entire stay had it not been booked through Expedia. Never again
