Parents don’t control their children. Way too much noise. I suggest giving occupants with kids to be placed on the 1st floor so the rest of us can relax.

Pricing was affordable, breakfast was nice serving decent food included was hot foods. Unfortunately I experienced mixed experience, at check in it wasn’t expressed that their pool and hot tub wasn’t working properly for starters! After having breakfast my husband and I were looking forward to enjoying the pool and hot tub. We took a walk to the pool area couldn’t get in so my husband asked about the pool. the staff and the staff member had an attitude towards my husband seemed to be from asking a simple question. It just sucks that you pay for your stay and amenities and you can’t even enjoy them. Other than that the shower head didn’t work properly, I don’t want to knit pick but if you pay for something you shouldn’t have they issues without warning.

Horrible and filthy

Check in took almost 2 hours because of issues with the computers/hotels.com customer service representatives. The ladies at check-in were very patient and calm during the process but I wasn’t able to check in until 20 minutes before the pool closed, which was the entire reason for the stay at the hotel in the first place. The pool and hot tub were absolutely horrendous cloudy with visible dirt and grime floating in the water. My towel for my bathroom floor was wet when I arrived, making me wonder if it was even changed from the previous guests. Breakfast was phenomenal, the only positive part about my entire stay. Will never stay at this location again.

We were there four nights and even though the sign in the bathroom says housekeeping comes every other day, they didn't service our room once. Not that we necessarily needed it, but it was odd. Also, the carpet in our room could use a good shampoo or something. Every time we stepped into the shower, we made mud.

When we got there check in was easy the room was nice, clean modern looking air worked wonderfully (it was in the low to mid 80's the entireweekend). The next day when we got back from our event the room absolutely wrecked of weed. When I asked to be moved to a different room the front desk staff was Beyond helpful and apologetic. The second room was the same layout just a bit dated in need of a refresh. It did take a little fiddling with the thermostat to get the room to cool down (definitely not as easy as the first room). Our final morning we are packing up to leave and I find pool towels in the bathroom under the vanity area. We didn't use the hotel pool towels, we brought our own from home. The pool was at a nice temperature but the water was cloudy. The breakfast was nice the eating area was kept clean.
