Nice large room. Lobby and halls were clean. Hot tub did not work and you had to be let in by the staff and only one woman showed up that night.

we have stayed at this property more times than I can count, have never had a problem. This stay however was the quite different. The original room they put us in wasn't even cleaned; we walked in and the mattress was turned on its side, there was a diffuser running and there was still dirty sheets on the floor with a dirty rollaway still in the room. They could not give a comparable room so they had to downgrade us. They also had multiple rooms that had way over the limit of people in them, children included. The pool was overrun with unsupervised children, the hot tub had all kids, no adults, splashing, shooting water guns, there was food and beverage garbage all over the ground in the pool area as well. This group also took over the lobby, with a complete disregard for all other guests staying at the hotel. When it was brought to the front desk's attention, he stated he "wasn't the police nor swat" and he was "one person and couldn't or wouldn't do anything about these concerns". He also stated "it's a Saturday, that this doesn't happen everyday". We are repeat customers and were beyond dissatisfied with the whole experience. We won't be returning.

The pool was gross. It was slimy and looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Also, VERY disappointed with the hot tub. I called the day before making my reservation and they said it was working. We got here, and the jets were broken. It also needed cleaning bc DISGUSTING things were floating. I would have booked a different place had I known.

King studio Suite

Our king studio was handicap accessible (not sure if we booked it by mistake because we didn’t need the accessible room) and the roll-in shower leaked over the entire bathroom floor even though we could see two floor drains. Large desk was chipped up and worn. Other than that the room/hotel was pretty much what we have come to like about the extra large king studio suite at Hampton.
