Extremely firm check in policy. I was told all visitors must wait until 3 PM. I arrived at 1:30 and asked to check in and they didn’t even offer to let me check in when a room became available; I HAD to wait until 3 PM. I understand the check in time is posted, however this is very rarely ever actually enforced and I’ve never experienced a hotel that wouldn’t allow me to check in when a room became available. The lobby had several people all waiting until 3 PM to check in. The lobby also smells like sewage. I thought it was someone in the first floor bathroom, but it smelled that way both days of my trip. Finally, the comforter on my bed was too warm and I asked for something lighter. The only option they have is another bed sheet. There is no mid-weight blanket.

Check in was great. Tony was kind, courteous and professional. He was a big help in letting us know about the exercise facility and was extremely gracious in offering us a different room due to a problem with the toilet, it kept filling up with water.
