Room was clean. 1st room we were booked into the tv and phone didn’t work. Was upgraded to a suite. Room was also clean and comfortable! Didn’t use our membership so had people above us (kids played soccer…didn’t complain! So can’t complain now! We were kids once also but our parents wouldn’t allow that!) Pool water was cold! Floated maybe 5 min at most! But it didn’t smell like chlorine so it was clean!

Best part was the breakfast attendant! She was absolutely excellent. She was by herself, and was extremely fast refilling anything that was empty, was clean, and very polite, when I told her we used the last of something! 😊

We took our Granddaughter for a 6th Birthday get away, she was looking forward to the pool which didn't open until 10:00am...not really convenient when check out is 11:00 and you're getting ready to leave. She decided the jet tub that we paid extra for would be a great alternative but the jets didn't work. We did tell the staff upon check out and they gave her a treat to make up for it. There was also very loud construction right outside our window at 6:00, not a great way to wake up. The location is convenient and close to many things for a quick overnight getaway.

They were having the parking lot repaved and woke up the first morning to our bed shaking and construction. I went down stairs and the switched us to the other side of the building at no cost which was very easy! My children wanted to go in the pool and it was closed the whole time we were there due to them adding shock multiple times and that was the main reason we chose this hotel I feel like as much as we paid we should of got some amount returned because we could of stayed somewhere else for a lot cheaper. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent

The cleaning lady was so loud on the morning yelling anout her co -workers , how they do no work and she does out all. And she was using fowl language. Completely woke up. And she did not stop all morning until I had to just get up and leave

It was average at best. It wasn’t filthy, but also wasn’t cleanest. We chose to not swim it the pool because the water was super cloudy and looked just looked dirty. Some of the tiles in the room were broken and the ice machine was broken. The property just doesn’t seem to be very well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful though.

The entire property was ran down. From potholes in the parking lot, to the stained carpet throughout the hallways, to the dirty rooms. The staff was even being stingy with linen. I requested 2 flat sheets for the couch for my daughter and was told only one sheet is allowed. If it had not been for the power outage at our home i would have left and went without a refund. I highly do not recommend.
