For the price, it's great. But I was misled about the overnight availability of parking by an employee. I spent 14 minutes on the phone with her two days prior to our arrival and was told parking overnight for one night was free. However, upon checkin that was not the case. It had to be THAT night, not the next night. I specifically asked about that and was told that was fine. GRRRRR Other than that, and the unexpected EXTRA $100 they charge for "incidentals" (when I steal the TV) it was good. Of course, it didn't show up on my card. But overall I'd say it's a good place to stay that was much cheaper than other places at the airport.

This property looks nice on the outside but rooms on first floor were old, outdated, old food on the walls and there was water damage. Both of my rooms were on the first floor. Hotel lady Anna was extremely condescending and rude. Breakfast was ok. They had yogurt, boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, juice and milk. There was a sign posted stating the oven was broken when I arrived on July 2. No pool. You can hear planes all night and day. Place is a dump. Staff not accommodating at all. They were extremely hard to work with. Had two rooms and got towels for both rooms on the way out to sightsee, came back and second set of towels were removed from room. Housekeeping took second set, we were told they didn’t know I had two rooms and with a king room you’re only allowed so many towel So how would she know I had two rooms? I had already told the lady I got the towels from. Anyway they are not a good property and remove towels from rooms. Need to pay more attention to cleaning instead of towel counting.

Room was okay with a decent bed and sufficient toiletry options. The deadbolt was difficult to latch and a screw on the top latch was loose. Breakfast options were limited with no hot food aside from oatmeal available when we arrived an hour into the 4 hour breakfast window.

The room curtains were broken, the ac unit had dust and dirt all over the fan/vents. The floor was dusty and the bathroom has no exhaust. For breakfast there was no warm breakfast. The laundry machines were out of service as well. Overall very disappointing. Only good part was the staff. They were polite and easy to talk to. I will definitely not stay here again.
