I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and we got a great night’s sleep. The only downside was the carpet in the room, which definitely needs a deep cleaning. It was noticeably dirty and took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. With that small improvement, this place would be perfect!

The staff in the front was unprofessional I spent almost 30 minutes to get access to my rooms even it was over 3 pm the man front desk looked as mad or upset with everyone. The cleaning staff opened my room to clean up before 11 am they didn't knock just open the room. During breakfast they close the kitchen even with guests into the kitchen. It was not a good experience Holiday Inn was one of my favorite hotels I think is time to change it.

The bathroom door didn’t have enough clearance to open freely and scraped the tile. The shower curtain was not clean. The breakfast was not good and the staff for the breakfast was rude and pushy.
