Traveled to Detroit to see Nine Inch Nails. Room was perfect for my friend and myself. Staff was exceptional, check in and check out were a breeze! I wish more hotels were this simple. Will seek out this chain in the future.

The staff was great as well as the room itself. The sink/shower waere a bit dirty with spare hair (that was definitely not mine). It's not a big deal to clean it up, but it made the room feel "stayed in" if that makes sense.

Hotel was in a convenient location where we could walk to Detroit Tigers game, walk to Riverwalk, restaurants, Greektown. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. They sent a text after check in and and questions I had I texted and got a quick response. We used the valet service for parking which was $40 a day. There was also a parking lot next to hotel for $30 a day and that would probably have been fine to use.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Housekeeping came around everyday. Parking is behind the hotel and you can use valet for $40/day or the self service parking which is $30/day. Being that the hotel is Downtown its best to use the self service parking or another parking garage near by.
