The bed was very, very comfortable. Smelled nice and clean. Only complaint was how bad we could hear the people around us. We heard the person using the bathroom, flushing AND the entire conversation he had on the phone. It was awkward.

The only place to book!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were kind and compassionate with my child. They were more than just expectedly pleasant, every time I went through the lobby they were talking with guests in actual conversations beyond usual service lines. They assisted in meeting our needs and exceed expectations. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve seen/received in a long time, especially for a hotel. The room was sufficiently stocked with basic toiletries and was clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. The Trolley Room is a must eat! Even for kids! They also went out of their way to make my kids meal special. Extremely sweet women working there who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great and gave me a strong sense of peace and relief for being so accommodating with my child. Not too much noise or nonsense in the area, you can definitely sleep peacefully through the night. Parking lot and hotel feel safe and give complete peace of mind. Would recommend to anyone, would stay again.

A mother and daughter walk by while I was eating at the restaurant bar.. they walk by a few times and they stopped in! There's something so pure about that it brought emotions rushing to me in a moment! I knew that they were supposed to stop there! My state was cut short but a very nice staff. The two restaurant workers at the restaurant bar could have used three more helpers! But no complaints from I!

City hotels are always challenging with parking and homeless. The hotel inside was fine. Room was very nice, large and comfortable. The staff did not really acknowledge guests.

Overall a decent stay. The front desk at check-in was dealing with a needy customer on the phone who kept calling back which delayed our check-in. Suggestion would be she ask to place the caller on hold and get back to them; instead she answered the phone twice and had a lengthy conversation with him before even greeting those of us that were standing in front of her.

The hotel is clean, we did not needed room service. The only issue we had was with the television connection to direct tv. We call and they fix the issue very fast.

Just ok

It was fine for a 1 night stay but the price should go down compared to other hotels in area at same price. Not very clean, door hardly opened really had to push. Bathroom door is see through and does not lock. The shower door doesnt stay closed and there was a lot of hair all over
