Apart from not having a hairdryer in our room, it was perfect - but I was due for a scrunched, air-dried, curly hair day anyway.😅. The staff were very professional and my family really appreciated their hospitality.

The carpeting in all along the hallways on floors 3 and 4 was held down by grey masking tape which was old, discolored and in a state of unraveling. Many pieces of old wood paneling were chipping. The floor of the shower in our room was corroding around the edges. The breakfast was an embarrassment.

Terrible horrible awful i was unfortunately there with a whole football team of more than 120 students and all night they kicked at my door bam on my door ran up and down the hallways also upon complaining i was told by several staff memebers well u know there just a bunch of kids having fun really from 1030pm to 336am in the morning even though staff recognize what was happening they couldn’t even control the situation same night i ask to be put in another room only to be told they have booked the whole hotel not to mention askjng for a refund and was told there was no refund given but yet infront there is a policy stating no loud parties no loud anything period but they broke the rules i see so this place is a no go!!!!!!

Hotel seems very clean and well put together, until you really look into things. Our shower wasn’t clean, there was a bunch of hair and dirt in the bottom and hair stuck in the folded towels as well, stepping out of the shower there was ants congregating on the floor towel. Staff is nice, breakfast was good.

The property and room was unclean. staff informed us that housekeeping was gone for the day and unable to address any issues with the room. Staff did not offer to change rooms or follow up to address the problem. The bedsheets were nasty and had black spots all over them. The bathtub had a dirt ring & floor was nasty.

This hotel is a very updated and modern hotel which we loved. The problem was when we found a bed bug under the blanket. It was dead and we only seen one, but still, it's not something you want to see after you just slept in that bed.
