The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast buffet was good. Only blip was with getting charged for premium internet which I didn’t want or need but I did get it refunded when I brought it to their attention. All in all I was very happy and would highly recommend this facility.

I had an awful experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The front desk agent, Chris, made fun of a personal emergency my partner was dealing with, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of showing empathy, he treated us with disrespect, making an already difficult situation worse. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the room was absolutely disgusting. We found bread crumbs on the table, and it was clear the space had not been cleaned properly. When we raised concerns, Chris told us the rooms were “beautiful” and that we would want to live in them—far from the truth! The place was filthy and far below any reasonable standard for a Hilton-branded hotel. This experience was a complete letdown. I expected much better from Hilton, both in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope management takes serious steps to address the issues we encountered.

Check in was FAST and EASY! Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Not sure why dishwasher was running and full of dishes around 8pm tho(?). A few spots for improvement: Only one trash can in entire suite was cumbersome for 3 women. Reservation for 3 adults yet only 2 full sets of towels. Full length mirror is located in a place that could not be reached without climbing over the bed. The desk should probably be moved out to living room area. We had a funeral to attend and could have used the availability of a full length mirror. Thankfully room 200 did not experience the 0639 Sun 10/20/24 fire sprinklers with subsequent flooding however I'm not sure if that was be design or incidental but should probably be checked on if not by design. Regardless, we were very thankful we didnt get soaked :)

Very clean and comfortable. Suite rooms were spacious and had good amenities like glasses, a few dishes, microwaves and a fridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have the standard breakfast but I felt like they worked to make it extra — breakfast burrito bowls and Asian breakfast bowls. Everyone enjoyed it!

After my asking for a room change it was Very Good! First room AC did not work! 80 degrees, 81 degrees while watching it being repaired for an hour. No room change offered! Hallway was cooler! Point here…the lady at the front desk had no compassion for its guests! This is not what one would expect at a Hilton Hotel. Arriving guests with immediate room issues should be offered room change immediately! After room change everything was fine and what one would expect at a Hilton.
