Nice rooms with friendly staff. Lots of food options nearby. Air conditioning would not go under 78 one of the nights. Hot tub was luke warm and pool too cold. Overall we would stay again.

Novi so so stay

Entrance and lobby nice. Check in was fast and efficient. Room okay though bathroom needs updating as the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, shower stall needs resealing and a thorough cleaning. Bed was quite comfy. We did not get our room cleaned after the first night and at check out I was told that they only clean rooms every it day during a stay. I was not told that at check in. The most disturbing thing was that when we returned to the hotel at 9pm after being out all day, there was nobody at the front desk. When I called down 15 minutes later, n answer. I then went down about 10 minutes after that and could not find anybody working. Yikes.

The Novi Homewood Suites has the most friendly management and staff. The hotel was clean, and the room had a full kitchen which felt like home. The shower had fantastic pressure, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and pastries were delicious. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here. Great value!

We were originally booked with an awful inn in Farmington hills, & we cancelled at the inn after terrible room conditions & service on day 1. We didn’t know if we’d be able to find another hotel so last minute & Homewood welcomed us with open arms in a beautiful suite that was dog friendly for our pups. We absolutely loved this hotel & will be returning here when we visit MI. Homewood was our favorite part of the trip & the service was impeccable. Thank you for the lasting memories Homewood!

Manager is Absolutely horrible, we were moved 3 different rooms, no cords to tv did not work tub did not drain, cracks in the ceiling, no manager on Friday afternoon, maintenance or housekeeping only front desk. Pd for a walk in shower 2 room suite, ended up in a handicap room everything was waist level. My husband is 6’5!! Our stove was knee level for him ridiculous!! I booked this room way in advance, was there early for check in and to not be placed in correct room! The manager threatening to make us leave if I said anything!! Here for cheer comp and had everything planned mine you 6 months ago
