The Hyatt was great. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was really good. They had a great assortment of food. The pool was was nice but a bit cloudy. Would definitely stay again.

Bar experience

The hotel bar closed early for a Saturday night. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to come back and relax before bed. Bar staff not very friendly.

The hotel is fine, but its service is terrible, from the front desk to the housekeeping department. The receptionist was very awful. And none of the three nights we were there, they didn't clean the room even once, despite us asking both the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff to do it. We have never had such a bad experience in a hotel.

The hotel itself was excellent, had super friendly staff, and was very clean. When i booked the room pictures/description led me to believe there was a kitchenette in the room, once we got there though there was a mini fridge and microwave….

I stayed at this hotel because I saw Billy Idol at DTE, and this is a very nice, clean hotel, and the staff were awesome! I accidentally got booked in a handicapped room and since I didn’t need these accommodations, they upgraded me and it was excellent!!

Property is in brand new shape. Looks and even smells new. The staff and reception are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rakeem was welcoming and attentive to our stay. Just minutes from Great Lakes Crossings. Absolutely will stay again.
