In addition to the unprofessional behavior of their personnel, we have documented the following: Broken appliances (Coffee Maker) Furniture in disrepair (an electrical cord missing a plug connected to the desk and a broken chair) Filthy furniture drawers Trash was not removed, room not cleaned, and bed unchanged. Bloody mucus on the wall Equipment blocking the stairwell and exit. I no longer consider Wyndham an elite organization because they allow their brand to be besmirched by unprofessional personnel and shoddy site operations. We will never patronize this location for our own safety and well-being and seriously reconsider using other Wyndham properties.

The hotel is very nice. The only suggestion I have is that the remote controls for the television need updating. I couldn't control the volume, and was kindly given another remote control which also did not work to reduce the volume level. Other than that, It is a very nice place to stay.

Arrived early check-in gave the representative itinerary number it took him 40 minutes to find the reservation. I kept asking was everything OK? No response. Finally received the room key signed paperwork . Went to room it was filthy carpet dirty bed dirty bathroom horrible. Return to the front desk to let the representative know the condition of the room. He took us to another room and said this room cost $20. You need an early check fee in which we had already signed the papers for the other room previous so we asked him if we can talk to the manager. He said the manager wasn’t available. We can talk to him at 11am and don’t worry about the $20 We were not familiar with the area when we chose this hotel and we did let hotel know that it was a wedding event for us and the hotel says they were welcome us with open arms, and everything will be ready for an early check-in. The representative told us that the manager will be in at 11am and not to worry about anything. We were sleeping when the lady started banging on our door like we have stolen something saying we need the $20 so we can check you in when We were already checked in the room. also, employees were arguing in the hall about the laundry. Front desk opens the door started watching us through the mirror because the latch on They invaded our privacy. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Please stay away, not safe. Very unprofessional the representative also had a scarf on her head with inappropriate clothing.

Booked an apartment, was given a double room as the apartment was occupied, front desk was not helpful. Room not very clean. Someone opened the door and came in the room middle of night. No housekeeping for 3 days.
