The hotel was nice for the price and the staff were wonderful. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the smell of marijuana in the hallways was so strong it choked me. I have asthma and by the time I got to my room, I was having an asthma attack.

Wouldn't come again.

When we first got into our room we looked around and immediately found, the last person who stayed in that room, underwear. My wife ended up showering and we left that room. We changed rooms and in the next one the coffee maker was broken and there was confetti inside of it and in the bathroom. The fridge also didnt have any racks for our cold items and the t.v menu was completely out of order. We click on a movie we wanted to see and it would change into the news channel. Tried to put on the news and it put on cartoons. None of the channels were linked up properly. Also was told there was a pool on the premises and when i got there, i asked about it and there was not a pool. Extremely disappointing. We had several other tenants constantly knocking at our door and kids constantly making noise in the halls throughout the night. Horrible experience.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location couldn’t be more convenient—shopping areas, restaurants, and the freeway are all just minutes away, making it easy to explore the city or grab a quick bite. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We had absolutely no complaints and appreciated the friendly, attentive staff. We’ll definitely be booking here again on our next stay!

The breakfast offered is not good. Rooms are very old, and the carpet is as dirty as it can get. Staff & Service are not kind and are not willing to help. Stayed there for 6 nights and purchased an air mattress to sleep well.

NO HOUSE KEEPING FOR ENTIRE STAY

We checked in on Wednesday afternoon, we were out all day Thursday. Friday we were gone all day. When we arrived that back that night. Our room hadn't been touched. I went to the front desk and got clean towels. Saturday night when we returned, still no house keeping. there is a letter on the front desk that says, you will not get any house keeping for the first 3 days of your stay. Really, you have to request house keeping. Never again.

A nice trip

My trip was very nice. The hotel was very quiet , clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in Rm 101 the stem to the sink stopper had disconnected and so I guess it needs repair. May I add it was like that when I arrived at the hotel.

Negative!

I always look at reviews, so im nit really sure why this hotel was said to be good. This hotel was most disappointing. When arrived you could clearly see its not kept up. Windows were dirty, curtains half hanging. Lobby smelled. Room was clean but it was old and smelled of old smoke. Lysol was sprayed more than i normally use. Breakfast not good, even though it was continental. And ive stayed in laquinta plenty of times.
