The entire hotel smelled terrible. Like pot and BO. None of the doors on the exterior of the building ever closed correctly. There was trash piled up over 6 feet tall by the door when we arrived. No towels for the pool

Worst Part Of The Trip
The Hotel Had A Smell The Whole Weekend Until The Day We Left. Parking Lot Had Pot Holes. The Sheets , Covers And Pillow Cases Had Stains. Let’s Not Forget We Saw Roaches . We Also Asked For More Covers And Sheets They Front Desk Told Us We Would Have To Wait Until More Was Washed. We Waited And Still Didn’t Get Any Sent To Our Room . It Was so Supposed To Have Free Breakfast All That Was There Was Cereal And Waffles . We Will Make Sure To Never Book There Again .

AC did not work. Loud. Fighting occurring in the parking lot. Stranger knocking on our door after 11pm at two different times. Left the hotel that night as we were unable to sleep due to noise and heat. Should have left as soon as we walked into our room.

Pool was cloudy. The side doors / back doors never locked so anyone could get in the hotel without the room keys. Parking lot was dirty. Tv asked for Xbox code every 30 mins we had to turn it off and turn it on to reset . We were not feeling safe and didn't get a good sleep there. Will not going back.

What happened ro thhe pol being open til 10pm?
Room was clean lobby was dated. Service was prompt. Pool was up and running but opens late and closes early! Pool opens at noon closes at 8pm and opens at 2pm on Sundays. If check-in time if check-in time is between 3p-6p and you still have to settle in your room no swimming pool for you. And in the morning no swimming pool foe you it opens after check out time ans oleaae don't let it be Sunday it opens an hour before check-in time.

This was an ok stay however there is alot of things that need to be addressed. The hairdryer on the wall didn't work and was almost out of the wall. The towels in the bathroom were very small and rough to the skin. The drawers in the dresser had crumbs and other stuff in them which means it couldn't have been cleaned very well. The shades over the window needed to be better as it let too much light in during the morning and would wake me up. There were maybe 3 hangers in the closet to hang up clothes. The light in the room was too bright and no lamps Need have USB outlets right by the beds, and while they had breakfast it was very weak, if you liked cereal you were ok, no juice of any kind and no coffee pots in the room We have stayed at a few Microtels in the past and have been pleased but this one needs some work

The staff was friendly The room wasn’t clean enough for me Bed was comfortable The towels were dingy and bath towels too small Too many bugs in the original room 300 i had transferred rooms Both Trash can dirty Pool needs maintenance trash at bottom of pool When i checked in had to sign a i had to sign i wont use any drugs and all I smelled was weed on elevator and stairways. I the only reason I stayed because I couldn’t afford to stay anywhere else and I would like a full refund or some discount. This property needs some upgrades and control the bug Signed very disappointed from Seattle
