Room is nice…but that’s about it

Hotels.com has very deceiving pictures. I didn’t take one of the lobby under construction. The outside of the hotel is trash. Our room was nice! Recently renovated. They were currently working on other rooms. We had no cable so I feel compensation should be due, it was a listed amenity. They have two phone cables and expect you to use your phone for TV purposes! They don’t even have smart TV’s. Talk about cheap and not spending money appropriately. Certainly didn’t spend it on teaching staff personal grooming standards.

Good value for the money

Sparse but adequate room, once a fully furnished one was found (third try: first two had no nightstands or lamps). Bed was very comfortable. Climate control effective. Hot water VERY hot, nice shower. Only thin soap provided, no shampoo. Towels adequate but a bit thin…but it’s a Motel 6, so one knows what one is getting. Very friendly and helpful desk clerk.
