The tv did not work. The sound kept going out. There was some type of bug found crawling in the bathroom when we came back from getting dinner. The light above the bathroom sink went out. We had to keep flicking the switch up and down to get it to turn on. There were stains on the blankets of one of the beds. Cigarette buds and trash were out in the hallway and all over the stairs. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and will never return.

Well i took king bed room non smoking ,guess what the cigarette smell filled the room ,the sheet bed and blanket never been washed ,the towels never been washed the put same time used one of the previous guess .i book for 2 night i run away at the morning after first night even i didnot ask them to refund .

The stuff specially in the front office. They are really nice, but the property is old and dirty and also the furniture is miserable and bad smell all over the rooms.

This was not like other Red roofs that I have been too it need to be fixed up it was dirty, no house keeping it seemed. And hard to get things like extra pillows or towels. The key cards twice did not work and they kept telling guests to keep it away from there cellphones well we did and they still deactivated on us twice. Would I stay at this Red roof again No.

The area is very safe area close to Dearborn heights police station and close to shopping and restaurants, but the place is run down bad . Needs a total renovation and the property is old . The customer reside there as a permanent resident and that’s kinda scary . Recreational smokers there also

I was disappointed as the Red Roof standard didn’t seem up to par. I was told that this venue was scheduled for renovation soon. It sorely needs it. The light over the bathroom mirror didn’t work, one light above the bed didn’t work, the safe didn’t work the mattress had bad springs on one side & there were no drawers for clothing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They get an A+. The room a D+. A very disappointing stay.

bad odor, broken furniture, dirty bathroom with roaches, floor was dusty and grimy. staff was unhelpful didn’t wanna give me my refund with ease and never got refund for the first day and i wasn’t there for more than 45 min. many other options around like country inn across the street way better, steer clear from this mess!

First it’s a motel not a hotel, people behave weird a round the parking lot, a man was peeing next to his car, a couple were having sex in their car in front of my room, the phone in the room wasn’t working furniture broken. Trouble experience.
