Seems dated. Both of our beds were poor and we slept poorly. We heard noises after "quiet hours" that woke us or kept us awake. There were subsequent potholes. Breakfast was fine. We treated it like a B&B.

Room was very good, stairwell smelled of cigarette smoke as we used the stars to get to our room. Exterior property is in need of updating even if it is still winter. Other than that our stay was great!

The hotel is comfortable I enjoyed the large rooms. I wasn't a huge fan of having to leave out hotel to go to the pool when I booked I wasn't aware that the lobby was seperate from that would have played alot of consideration in rather to book here or not. Upon arrival the front desk receptionist was fairly froendly. The breakfast was ok nothing special I was honestly disappointed in the things they offered minus the waffles and fresh fruit. The breakfast staff on the other hand never spoke not once. No warm welcome, no good morning just nothing
