The room itself was OK, worst part is there are no outlets near the nightstands so you have to charge your devices across the room. Super small bathroom. The worst part of this property, and the reason I will never go back, is the horrible, inept service at the lobby bar/restaurant. The two individuals running it were a complete disaster and either need extensive training or replacement, They purposely avoid eye contact so they don't have to do the work, and if they walked any slower they would be moving backward. The bar was a complete mess, with glasses, dishes, check recipts all over the place. I even observed the bartender pour a wine order into a dirty wine glass that had been sitting on the bar for 45 minutes. I interjected at that point and informed him those dishes were dirty. For $350/night, I will NEVER come back to this horrible place.

Staff was an absolute pleasure, from front to cleaning. The only issue was cleaning the room took all day and 2 phone calls. They however were able to switch us to a different room through hiccups which was great. The kids loved every minute of it , the pool was good. Breakfast was good. Some salmon would be a great addition. veggies as an added option, would be great too!, The hotel is real clean, I love this! You can’t go wrong with a clean hotel. Carpets fresh no moldy dusty smell. Loved it!

Not happy breakfast was not included. You feel like hotel is discounted but at the end it’s really not worth using 3 rd party. Not much savings. However the agent who helped me change booking dates from Expedia was superb and helpful. Thank you for a great job - the hotel was clean, beautiful, great staff. Good breakfast. Pool was great for the kids, and we felt at home. Weldone sheraton Novi.
