They didn’t clean the room daily. Only thing they did were that made the bed. Calling for customer service was very bad. Before I booked the room, I had a question about the breakfast. First Lady picked up my call with baby taking and dishwashing sounds. She couldn’t answer my question and hung up the phone. I called back and it was the same person that I talked with earlier. When I repeat my question again, she just hung up the phone. Please think about this type of working at home’s quality.

Easy access to freeways, strange conference held there that wknd--odd for that caliber of hotel so lots of ppl in costumes, smoking, noisy. Dining hours limited. Roll in shower that made a mess in the whole bathroom bc shower head in wrong place. Poor lighting in the room. No light above shower

My daughter and her friends stayed here, so we could enjoy the activities in the city. We were greeted by an amazing staff member Rio. He was so helpful, kind and friendly. Thanks again Rio for all your kindness!

Very small bathroom. One parking lot closed for the three days we were there, very long walk to room. Room could have been a bit cleaner, popcorn on floor behind round work table...plug in on table not working Bed was comfortable.
