It was just bought out so it still needs some repairs in the king bedrooms in the north tower. Loved it and will be coming back. Please get smart tv instead

Nice little park and fly. Very convenient and clean. Staff was accommodating with airport shuttle for drop off and pick up. Area around the property is suitable for little stores and quick bites to eat when doing an overnight.

Front desk receptionist Angel is outstanding. The hotel lost water due to extreme cold but they did everything possible to make my daughter and I comfortable and even refunded some of our money. Still waiting for the refund but overall my 3 year old and I enjoyed the hotel. Great bar services as well.

Hotel was cheaper. Was not expecting much. Stay was 2/14-2/17. Front desk staff was amazing. Elevators were small and sketchy. Shower had brown stuff come up when water went down. One of our daughters had a tournament all day 2/15. Left hotel around 6am and returned around 9:30pm. We were informed there was no water and it would be the next day but more than likely Monday 2/17 before they would have it back on. We could not use the restroom, wash our face or shower. We left the hotel around 9:45pm and had to to check into another hotel about 20 minutes away. Requested a refund through hotels who has now informed me they cannot reach the hotel and I will not receive a refund. I have now contacted best western to try and get a refund processed. Worst experience I have ever had at an hotel and with the hotwls app. I will probably be switching to another app to book hotels.
