5 STAR ACCOMODATIONS
This place was amazing! It was perfect. It was the best priced place we could find for our stay and it was fabulous. It was literally like a studio apartment. The pictures really do not do it justice! And it is in the center of downtown so we never had to use a car- we just walked! I will definately stay here again when we come back to MI. LOVED IT!

Clean, comfortable rooms with kitchen and washer/dryer. Would be good for a short or long stay. Area is downtown and central but did not feel totally safe. But is a block or two away from a much better area and I am sure it will soon improve. There is a security person in the lobby at night so that was reassuring.

Received a refund from Expedia and tried to book again directly with Kasa Cadillac and they canceled again (4 hours later) because I put my card information incorrectly. Great location! Perfect for walking around downtown. They have security 24/7 which is a plus and you have to have a code to get in which made it even more safe. Highly recommend.

Nice but quality was lacking
I felt very safe during my stay and the location was adequate and it was fairly quiet. However, my room was a bit below standard. A bit of mold in the ceiling shower and the quality of the furniture seemed shabby. It was okay for the price, though. For a work trip it was fine, but for personal travel I would have been disappointed. There was always a guard on duty by the elevator on the first floor. They were always friendly, which was nice.
