The general manager is evil!! She is unprofessional and Unaccountable! I got stuck in the elevator and she said that it was common!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!! Then she lied and said I did not pay for my room and told me i had to leave! she called police and everything! got caught in her lie and police made herb give me back my money before i left! She needs to be FIRED!!!!!

The room I was given did not have heat and the person at the desk gave an option to give more blankets. I had my room switched with no apology after she tried to fix the heat. No upgrade offered either. The tv in the bedroom was not working but the manager did come and fix that and apologized for that. I have stayed here twice and it’s a ok hotel. Breakfast is horrible the eggs have been burned both times.

Floor needed to be vacuumed and the pullout bed was unkept. It was a decent stay, but when paying your money, there are certain things that shouldn’t be overlooked. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate.

We did not even stay there at all and still had to pay for one night that we did not even stay there went to another hotel there was no help on are refund for are no stay at this hotel it said it had a indoor pool on your website and there was no pool at all and that was are whole reason for going there for kids to go swimming if someone see this i hope you get back with me about my refund because when i called no help

Disgusting

Was given a different room than booked, then told I could get a room with two doubles when I booked one with two kings. Place looks like a homeless encampment with holes in the walls, doors that don’t close and everyone’s favorite….. extremely dirty carpet. Just plain gross and dirty.
