We booked this specific hotel to enjoy relaxing evenings in the hot tub. We weren't in there very long and our eyes started burning. The hot tub was so highly chlorinated to the point my swimsuit turned from green to yellow our eyes were burning, throats burned and coughs developed. We talked to the front desk who said they would tell the manager and have it tested. We heard nothing back from the manager the next morning we were told "everything is as it should be". The room was nice and clean but the customer service was terrible.

We had a problem with our keys working. Every day we had to go down to the front desk to get new keys. Hotel was great however, I didn't like that they didn't make the beds everyday. All they did was give new towels. They didn't even wash the 2 coffee cups in the sink.

I arrived the toilet looked liked it was ready to run over. Tile on kitchen floor had deep black cracks. Pull out bed looks like they pulled it from the dumpster Black dots food stains. my ankles itching. Dry air. Couch looks wore out.

Lots of room in our suite. We had 2 bathrooms, but one had a wobbly toilet. It didn't seem to be attached to the floor. Debra in the breakfast area was pleasant, and was busy getting things filled. They had make your own waffles and omelets as well as yogurt bar and salad bar. They had a nice pool and cookout area in the middle of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

They were doing some remodel so parking was being used by the construction company but all in all a good stay. Was very expensive but we had to be close to hospital so we had to pay the price.
