The room was clean and everything looked brand new. The staff was nice and gave fresh linens every day and the location was great. The only negative was that the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on.

We booked a three night stay. In town for a wedding. When we walked into our room it smelled so bad of air freshener we had to open the window to air the room out. We figured out late the first night the AC didn’t work. We told the person at the desk in the morning, who said “ok”. When we came back the second night, the AC still didn’t work. We didn’t get much sleep those nights. The next morning, we told them again and a maintenance man was sent in, who immediately said, we need to get you another room. They did, then we had to leave for the day. When we came back that night, to the “new” room, the tv didn’t work and the bed was “made” with the wrong size sheets. Too small!! There didn’t seem to be enough parking and the breakfast was awful. Very disappointing for a Comfort Inn.

What to be expected, nice area, breakfast was not good, Osaka is right next door, it was very good, the only food after hours was Taco Bell. It’s like a suburban area i believe. The staff was very amazing, friendly, and accommodating.

Booked a double bed room with two beds, got there with only one double bed so had to switch rooms. Room was dirty. Walls not clean and whole room smelled bad. Like mold and like trash was left in there for weeks. Saw bug traps by all external doors and filled with bugs. Breakfast was not bad but only positive experience.

Bed bugs!

Bed bugs in my first room! I arrived late and discovered the bedbugs after about an hour. I went to the front desk at midnight after driving all day and was given another room. This one seemed clean. Ac was off so the new room was about 80 degrees at midnight. Not much sleep had that night. I was offered a 50% off my NEXT booking (which i dont travel much). But thats what we come to suspect as customers, nevermind your current trip, here's a discount so you can give us more of your money! Im so sick of buisnesses treating people like garbage. Oh and the icing on the cake.... i have 1 month to use the offer lmao.

Bathroom not great!

There was a used washcloth and soap in the shower. There was also smudges of something on the bathroom wall next to the sink. Kind of gross.
