The only thing I like was the internet, what I didn’t like was the mattresses cabinets and holes on the bed with lady bugs and dust on the cabinets light switches won’t work had to do the bulb so it can turn off.

We had to switch rooms 3 times due to cleaning there was old food and dirty laundry and bedding in each room then the front desk worker didn't know exactly what to do she charged me $94 when the first person said $77-$88 there were roaches and stink bugs everywhere tv remotes in each room did not work overall I am very disappointed I spent about $400 total to stay 3 nights and couldn't get any accommodations

Staff were very helpful. Made more coffee for us when we came downstairs just after breakfast and got milk for us too. Breakfast next day was good. Also helped promptly when our keycards didn't work.
Issues: keycards stopped working 3 times. That was annoying. Had to get re-keyed each time. Room was clean, except floor was sticky all over on first day. Cold water pressure in sink was non-existent. Just a dribble. Had to use hot water tap to brush teeth. Not a huge problem but obviously cold water tap wasn't connected properly! Also, saw three small cockroaches on Saturday, running on bathroom floor to shower chair and under baseboard on toilet side. Ugh!
Obvious deteriorating condition bottom of wall near shower. Otherwise, bedroom tidy & good service by housekeeping.
There was little spots of blood in the bathroom across from the toilet, the door would stick and you had to force it shut which caused a loud bang sound, the toilet seat was broken and would shift to the side, and the top latch lock was broken and was not useable
Room had an odour once we walked in. Good thing I always bring a room spray! Air conditioner unit was duct taped and made a lot of rattling noises. Domestic argument was goin on down the hall and a man was under the influence of drugs at night staggering right behind my truck. Coffee in the morning was horrible, i couldn't even drink it. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Terrible experience. The front lobby declined a refund. And hotels.com refused me reimbursement. Once I arrived to the hotel I was a bit sketched out but tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt since they wouldn’t let me cancel a reservation but my room was simply sub-par. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. Cigarette burn marks in both me and my friend’s mattress. Holes and stains in the sheets. Some of the threading of the sheets were coming apart. One of the dressers was completely busted. Stains on the walls. There was an ancient LCD TV mounted with the base still attached for no reason lol. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly because the floor was warped. The remote was busted to the tv and you couldn’t control the volume. There was an old crusty mattress in the hallway of our floor blocking the walkway right by the elevator of the third floor. These are all issues with even changing rooms for a second time. Just a rough experience all together. The fact that hotels.com wouldn’t reimburse me for this either, I don’t know if I will ever use their booking site service again.
The room was gross. Bed uncomfortable and there was heavy residue of the cleaning solution that was used on the floors making the floor very slippery. The TV didn’t work and the smell was bad.
I do not like the fact that they asked for a deposit and when I asked for my deposit back at the end of my stay they said I never gave them one that’s crazy and had attitude with me woow I will never stay again and my door to my room was hanging down they said you have to lift it up to close it and the room smelled so so bad like moldy carpet
It was a very nice place to stay at very convenient safe easy parking outgoing service as well as front desk was well taken care of. I would come back and stay again.
This place is disgusting there cheap they have roaches there was mold in the bathroom old food in the microwave, the blankets was dirty this place is not updated at all then when you ask for a refund they give you attitude I rate place this a 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE!!
